Is It Easier To Get A Hole-in-One or Bowl a 300?
This is a question worth asking to Bowlers and Golfers alike.
If you're an amateur, it would be easier to get a hole-in-one than bowl a 300. An amateur bowler has virtually no chance to get to 300. However, in all the factors to go right for a golfer, a hole-in-one is not out of the world of possibilities. For a professional, bowling a 300 would be easier than getting a hole-in-one. Pro bowlers hit 300 every great once an awhile. Pro golfers can go long stretches without one, if ever.

Although both feats require a bit of luck, in my opinion the hole-in-one requires a lot more. You can perfect your bowling technique because the pins are always in the same place. However in golf the pin moves around, so no matter how many times you play a given course you may never be shooting for the exact same place twice. Not to mention outside factors such as wind, humidity, etc. We bowlers have it easy! Just kidding, but I still think a hole-in-one is harder and more rare.

A hole-in-one requires one perfect shot, while bowling a 300 requires 12 consecutive perfect shots. That said, I agree that an accomplished bowler will have more 300's than an accomplished golfer will have holes-in-one.

Give me a break. 80 year old ladies get holes in one all the time. It is often just luck. There has never been a lucky 300 game.
